We didn't just move into a new space. We moved into a building that already belongs to the people around here. The history that happened in these walls is part of what we're building on.
Inside, we're creating a permanent community history wall — photos, stories, and memories from people who've been part of this place over the decades. We want your contributions on it.

For The Love Of Dance has been part of the Dandenong Ranges for over seven years. We built this school as the deliberate antithesis of toxic dance culture — no body-shaming, no rankings, no "you're not good enough to be here." Just movement, confidence, and belonging. For every person who's ever been made to feel like dance wasn't for them.

Every class is available as a casual drop-in — no commitment, no contract. Come try it. If you love it, stay for the term. Casual fees are credited if you enrol.
Your 3-year-old doesn’t need to be a dancer — they just need a place to feel good about themselves. Parent stays and watches. Shy, anxious, and neurodiverse kids are specifically welcome here.
